For Primer and Middle Coat Layers

Modified aromatic amine HENSAMINE 113, modified phenalkamine HENSAMINE D-271D, and modified cycloaliphatic amine HENSAMINE D-252E are designed for the primer and middle coat layers of epoxy floor systems. These curing agents deliver strong substrate adhesion, excellent penetration into concrete surfaces, and reliable chemical resistance as the foundational layers of the coating system.

For Topcoat and Self-Leveling Finishes

Modified polyether amine HENSAMINE C-16 is optimized for self-leveling topcoat applications, providing a smooth, seamless floor surface with superior leveling properties. Modified cycloaliphatic amine HENSAMINE 5006 et HENSAMINE 9027 serve as topcoat curing agents, with 9027 featuring higher viscosity — making it particularly suited for flat coat (non-self-leveling) floor applications where controlled film build is required.

For Colored Quartz Floor Systems

HENSAMINE 9035 et HENSAMINE 9035-3 are specifically formulated for colored quartz (epoxy mortar) floor systems. HENSAMINE 9035-3 cures to a harder film, providing enhanced abrasion resistance and mechanical strength for heavy-traffic commercial and industrial environments.

For Waterborne and Eco-Friendly Applications

HENSAMINE 7002S et HENSAMINE 7088 are waterborne epoxy curing agents designed for enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces. With zero solvent content and low VOC emissions, they offer an environmentally responsible solution for indoor floor coating projects where traditional solvent-based systems are restricted.

HENSAMINE is the epoxy amine curing agent brand of Hengsite, a specialized chemical materials enterprise founded in 2007 in Suzhou, China. With nearly two decades of focus on amine curing agent technology, Hengsite integrates R&D, manufacturing, and technical service into a single operation dedicated to solving real formulation challenges.

Hengsite operates two manufacturing facilities. The Fuyang (Anhui) plant produces over 20,000 tons annually, while the Jingzhou (Hubei) plant — a 90,000-ton-per-year facility that began operations in 2024 — represents one of the largest dedicated amine curing agent production bases in China. Together, the two sites provide reliable supply and short lead times for global customers.
